New-American deliciousness, but done with lots of love and care. Try the sorrel pesto rice with feta. And the turmeric shot. And the valrona chocolate cooking. You can't really go wrong, but get there before 845am if you want to beat the super-long lines.

This is the dish to get: turmeric fish with rice, pickled daikon and dill. Nothing fancy here, but yummy and a little different than your typical pho place, though they do have pho here (the broth is cleaner/lighter than some places.)

Nice atmosphere (kinda classy but not too stuffy), low key. Thoughtful selection of wines, half off during happy hour (which I believe ends on the early side at 6pm). Sit around the square bar or on the patio.

Summer salad, steak and pomme frites, gnocchi are all delicious. High-end craft cocktails are next door at the more scene-y, but beautifully designed Bar Stella.

Great spot for a martini and random revelry. Make sure to sit in the main room and request a booth. Diverse crowd!

No parking after sunset, so if you planning on hiking out after dark, park on one of the streets south of the entrance and walk in.
