By far the best coffee in the area and probably in Norway. It's expensive, but its worth it. They usually have some great varieties in the summer, but don't expect frappe etc.

Nice new cafe in Torggata, the theme is bicyclebased. Sit down here for some decent pizza or just a coffee. They also repair bikes here!

Two floors below our apartment with an entrance on the southern side (just below our windows) is a nice vegetarian restaurant. It's a bit expensive, but they have some good smoothies, vegan burgers, wraps etc.
