Washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

Suite in Georgetown East Village

The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed for two guests onetime fee is $40. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Relax with the family at this cozy apartment, in a quiet, leafy residential neighborhood with off street parking … just a few miles from the heart of DC. All-electric, carbon-neutral, dedicated off-street parking with a level 2 car charger. This apartment is not recommended for children under 7 years. This is due to a lack of childproofing and especially the open stairwell entry, which gives it a loft feel, but which could be dangerous when combined with climb-able furniture.

The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
