Studio in the middle of nature. Unit has its own fenced backyard with full privacy. Walk to the beach or take a hike with many trails in walking distance. Evergreen State College is a 10 minute walk. Five minutes from the freeway and 12 minutes to downtown Olympia. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, rice cooker and toaster.

Beautiful lakefront cottage. Open loft with a king-sized bed, downstairs has a full-size futon. The king size bed is on the second floor, the bathroom is on the first floor with spiral staircase to go downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools and dishes, vaulted ceiling with skylight windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. Access to our personal dock for swimming and boating. We live upstairs, above the studio, and you will hear signs of life when we are home.
