Ideal zum Entspannen und Baden, aber auch ungestörten Arbeiten. 120 qm über zwei Etagen sind umgeben von über 700 qm Garten mit Liegewiese, schattenspendenden Bäumen und Grill. Von der Terrasse im 1. Stock haben Sie einen weiten Ausblick auf den See. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück liegt das Uferhaus Pescatore, ein Rustico, das für bis zu 2 Personen gebucht werden kann.

In piccolo nucleo storico, tranquillo con muri a pietra e ulivi, trovate ampia camera con due letti in spazi discosti e annesso grande bagno e doccia. La camera si trova al pianoterra. L'accesso è sul retro della casa. Salendo dal posteggio due brevi rampe di scale poi si trova il giardino interno. Il giardino annesso è piacevole e discreto assicura intimità e freschezza. La camera è organizzata per preparare colazione e pasti, con frigo, piastra per cucinare e lavastoviglie.
