Suntem la 7 min de Lidl(prin Parcul Central) și 15 min de gară(pe jos). Este proaspăt reabilitat și oferă tot comfortul necesar, având o curte interioară cu parcare gratuită. Poate fi o destinație pentru cei dornici de a cunoaște orașul, dar poate fi și un popas pentru drumeții de pe Via Transilvanica.

The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century.
