There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Cochill burn bothy, Perthshire.

The bothy is part of an old stone building, it's compact, cosy and recently renovated. Nestled in woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.

There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.
