Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.

Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
