The Merc A-Historic Yet Modern Home w/Heated Floor

Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Gorgeous little house at the end of the street. Has been completely remodeled down to the studs with brand new everything! Only 1 minute to Freeman Park, the Freeway, the Airport, Downtown and the INL. Huge new gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. One king & one queen memory foam beds in separate bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom with bath tub. The sofa in the living room also converts to a full size bed. Enjoy the yard, hot-tub & outdoor patio w/ fire pit.

Bluebird Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and cozy little guest suite. Idaho Falls is the gateway to many beautiful places to visit. Bluebird Guest Suite is located on the west side of Idaho Falls near the airport and a few minutes from I-15 and US HWYs 20 & 26. Take a walk around the Snake River on the Greenbelt, or enjoy all the amenities of downtown which is nearby. **Please note this is a basement apartment in the home that we live in with our young children, so you might hear them upstairs.**

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Temple View Haven

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

Cozy Guest Suite in Rigby

Comfortable studio apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. You will have the privacy of a hotel and the comfort of staying with family. We provide; cocoa, sunscreen, extra toiletries, baby/kid items, instant pot, snacks, water bottles, and more. Centrally located between Rexburg and Idaho Falls, just off of the highway. Rigby is in just the right place to visit the Tetons one day and Yellowstone the next. This is the perfect place to set up camp while exploring SE Idaho.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. We are 1:15 from the West Yellowstone west entrance and Jackson Hole Wyoming. We are also 45 minutes from Teton Teton National Park. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

New Clean Casita near Yellowstone & Grand Teton

Having a casita has been a dream for our family for years. We love hosting friends, family, and travelers so having a dedicated space is so exciting. Our family self built the house over a two year time frame. We hope to finish the landscape by the fall of 2021. The space has fresh clean colors that remind of us the sky, streams, and oceans we love to visit in nature. It is equipped with a sink and microwave for warming snacks and beverages. Please no pets or smoking on property.

Beautiful, private loft in historic home!

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Country Cottage, farm fresh eggs, 10min to airport

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Westside guest house. Light-bright- not a basement

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.
