Εύκολα προσβάσιμο σε συγκοινωνία με στάση αστικού απέναντι, σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς από κάτω ,φαρμακείο(1' πόδια). Πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο της Τούμπας που βρίσκονται όλα τα εμπορικά καταστήματα . Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 15 χιλιόμετρα από το αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία και 2,8 χιλιόμετρα από την Έκθεση !
