L'endroit est situé à l'intérieur d'un complexe familial, à quelques pas de la rue principale de la ville ; près du dépanneur/supermarché, des chaînes de restauration rapide connues, des pharmacies, des banques et de la cathédrale Saint-Antoine de Padoue. La chambre bien ventilée se trouve au 2e étage d'une maison de 2 étages. La salle de bain est composée d'une cuvette des toilettes en état de marche avec un spray bidet et d'un robinet avec de l'eau courante. Pas de douche ni de chauffage. La chambre est calme, basique, mais fonctionnelle pour une vie insulaire provinciale.
