Lovely flat near Zurich & Forest, free parking

Relax with your partner or family at this peaceful place. Is a small paradise near the edge of the forest/stream in the green, quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Schönes Zimmer in Greifensee, 15min. bis Zürich

Gemütliches Zimmer Bett, 120 x 200cm. Küche und Bad zur Mitbenutzung. Bei längerem Aufenthalt Benutzung der Waschküche möglich. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Siedlung. Bahnhof 10 Min. Fussweg, dadurch ist es möglich, dass man bei geöffnetem Fenster den Zug hört. Das Haus liegt in 2. Reihe von der Strasse her. Von der Bushaltestelle 2 Min. zu Fuss. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Wald und Spielplatz. Es kann also sein, dass man Vögel oder spielende Kinder hört. Dafür keinen Strassenlärm.

Zürich - City, Flughafen und Winterthur sind in 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Idealer Arbeit- und Rückzugsort, gut funktionierendes Wifi für Homeoffice. Langzeitaufenthalte möglich. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 400m, Restaurant in Gehdistanz.

Du wohnst im Grünen unweit der Stadt Zürich. Dich erwartet viel Ruhe & Erholung. Zürich ist ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Im Sommer kannst Du den See genießen und im Winter bist Du in 50 Minuten in den Skigebieten. Wir sind unkompliziert und freuen uns neue Menschen kennen zu lernen. Die Messe, Innenstadt & der Flughafen sind 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fussläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar und der Bus bringt dich in 7 Minuten zum nächsten Bahnhof.

Unsere Wohngegend ist bekannt für ihre Ruhe und angenehme Atmosphäre. Obwohl wir meistens nicht vor Ort sind, freuen wir uns dennoch, Gäste willkommen zu heissen, die das aufregende Nachtleben von Zürich erkunden möchten. Ihre Privatsphäre und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt liegen uns dabei sehr am Herzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist äusserst günstig, nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle entfernt, von der aus Sie mit der S18 in nur 15 Minuten den Bahnhof Stadelhofen in Zürich erreichen.

You will like the house which is detached cosy house with a nice garden and bright room, the house is located within 15 minutes from the airport and 20 mins to the city Centre of Zurich, and 5minutes to the nature of Zurichberg forest, the house is also close to public transport (bus stop). 16 minutes from Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house, two rooms are available: a small double room (bed 140cm) and a single room (bed 90cm) for 3 guests. There is also a nice garden. There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.

A big studio (50 m2) in Zollikerberg. Very nice location, both close to the city center (15 min to Stadelhofen) and nature. Equipped with a a double bed, a dining table, pullout sofa and smart TV. There is a large bath with a bath tub, a big bright balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, tumbler and plenty of drying space available. Parking space upon request. Greifensee Naherholungsgebiet zum Wandern/ Entspannen oder Baden. Mitbenutzung von Garten bei schönem Wetter. Frühstück kann gerne zubereitet werden und im Esszimmer serviert werden. Bei Bedarf auch Candle Night Dinner gegen Aufpreis.
