Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Hannsz Hideaway

Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

Big Bottom Bungalow: Park Views, Secluded, Hot Tub

You can soak in tranquility at this modern cabin with a hot tub, indoor fireplace and outdoor living space. The Caney Fork River borders the 63 acre farm, which connects directly to over 60,000 acres of protected wilderness where you have free access to miles of hiking trails, magical waterfalls, historic homesteads and impressive caves. At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Tranquility at Fall Creek Falls

Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air at Tranquility. This chalet-style log home is perfect for rocking on the front porch, star-gazing from the new hot tub on the covered back porch, or relaxing by the fire in the beautiful vaulted ceiling living room. Includes 65 inch Tv in living room, large Tv's in all bedrooms, fiber internet, laundry room, park grill, and fire pit. Located at the north entrance of Fall Creek Falls and only a 5 minute drive to the Cascades and Nature Center.

Studio House

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

The Refuge: The Shelter Tiny House

You will find a quaint Tiny House, called The Shelter, on 10 beautiful, wooded acres. We are 2 miles from one of Tennessee's most frequented state parks, Fall Creek Falls. The tiny house is 312sq ft with an enclosed front porch that looks out over the pond followed by a tiny waterfall and beautiful stream. We have trails, gardens, bonfire pits, places to sit, swing, ponder and more. We call this The Refuge where you can let down, slow down and refuel. Would love to have you!!!

This cabin has 2 bedrooms, with the main floor bedroom housing a comfortable king-size bed. The bunkhouse loft upstairs can sleep up to 9, however would sleep 3-5 very comfortably. Beautiful home in the middle of 60 acres. Incredible views and just 5 minutes from Fall Creek Falls. Fish in our 1 acre lake or just enjoy the beautiful views from the back porch. This is a large two bedroom with a big open living space. There is a king bed in the master with a full bathroom. there is a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen is open to the large living room and comes with everything you need. All linens are provided.
