This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Brand new luxury home built in 2019 located in a central part of the San Fernando Valley, featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (1 Bedroom + Bath downstairs). Great for large families or groups who want to enjoy a brand new home for their trip. 45 minutes away from LAX, 20 minutes away from 6 Flags and Universal Studios. Additional cleaning fee may be imposed if any damages during stay.

The studio is fully private with it's own private entrance though we live on the premises with our two kids. Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, with easy access to Downtown LA, Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, public transportation, and CSUN. Convenient to Van Nuys Flyaway for LAX access. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of the Los Angeles San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset strolls.

We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. The nearest beach south of us would be Santa Monica, about 20 miles away (25 mins without traffic).
