Guests just love this AirBnB! Whole home was recently renovated: all new flooring, new master bath, and a brand new GAS water heater (so you've always got hot water!!) are just a few of the upgrades. The space is adorable & we do details right: coffee ready to pop into the Keurig; fresh, soft towels; laundry detergent; even water waiting for you in the fridge. Safe, quiet area. Huge Home for Everyone!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. 4 BR w/ 4 queen beds and 1 king bed, sleeping up to 10 people. Every room has smart TVs and internet. The backyard has a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings. In addition to the large eat-in kitchen with a 6 person seating table, there is a game/puzzle room with an extra dining table. This centrally located 4-bedroom apartment on the first floor provides easy access to many activities in Evansville. It's just a 5 to 9-minute walk to Deaconess Midtown's main entrance. 7.7 miles from Evansville Regional Airport, and 1.5 miles to Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville. Zesto Drive IN, Deaconess Aquatic Center, Deerhead Pizza, and the Ford Center are all very close. Additionally, it's only 20 minutes away from the 4H Center.
