Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
