Ümbritsev mets pakub võimalusi nii marjade kui ka seente korjamiseks, toniseerivaks rattasõiduks, hommiku- ja õhtujooksuks või jalutamiseks mööda looderannikut. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel on 2 randa. The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

Golden Haven / Kullakodu asub ajaloolise Viti mõisa kõrval, krunti läbib Viti oja, jalutuskäigu kaugusel Vääna-Jõesuu rannnast. Majas on saun, elutoast saab astuda avarale terrassile. Olemas pesumasin kuivatiga, nõudepesumasin, gaasigrill. Keskkonnasõbralikule külalisele teadmiseks, et maja katusel on päiksepaneelid ja võimaluse korral saab loodust säästa, kasutades elektrienergiat pigem päevasel ajal (nt kodumasinate kasutus).
