Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. Departamento en el centro de san Miguel, excelente vista panorámica por encontrarse en un segundo nivel, y con una maravillosa terraza (este departamento que se renta, la terraza es privada), y teniendo muy cerca el mercado artesanías, iglesias, restaurantes, antros, todo a un paso de ti, no necesitas vehículo ya que hay estacionamientos a 100 metros y 200 metros a la redonda, si necesitas moverte en la ciudad cuento con contacto con taxis o uber.
