The house is located in a quiet area of Vilnius, surrounded by nature and lakes. Near the house there are 2 lakes, Geluze and Baltiesa, to which you can walk 400 m. There is a free beach, and you will also have the opportunity to walk in the forest and enjoy the nature. Heating and control: The heating is only switched on during the winter season, and its regulation is limited, as the heating is supplied by the City Municipality. Such rules exist throughout Lithuania and most of Europe.

“Trakai Old Town apartment” is in a traditional wooden Karaims house located in the center of Trakai old town, near the Karaims Kenesa (10 m) and Trakai Castle (200 m), Trakai museum (50 m), restaurants, and souvenir shops (100 m). The apartment is surrounded by two lakes: Galvė (50 m) and Totoriškių (50 m). You can enjoy the great view from the windows, relax and explore the beautiful Trakai. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
