Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak park i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. The apartment is in a historical building but completely refurnished and renovated. Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected to create a comfortable feeling during your vacation. It is a very comfortable (68m2) and super cozy open space apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. It has also many roof windows so it has a lot of natural light. It's ideally positioned within a walking distance from most tourist attractions, beach and public transport.

We always look that the apartment is clean, neat and perfectly functional so you can start enjoying it right away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
