Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

This 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with a huge terrace is located on the 5th floor, overlooking Koum Kapi Bay. It is only 50m away from the beach with many cafes and restaurants, and les than 10 walking minutes away from the Old Venetian Harbour and city center. It comes with a bedroom with a queen size bed with anatomic mattress, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The terrace has a big table, chairs and a hamock. Οur house is located in a small traditional village name Drapanias just 10 minutes away from sea! In the winter the house is welcoming with hot radiators and hot water . Our home can accommodate up to 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa converting into bed, It also has fully equiped kitchen and a large veranda with furniture and with the possibility of barbequue.
