Our south cottage is tucked right into the heart of Springdale with amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park! A perfect place for 2-3 guests - a nice, open layout houses a California King size bed & single sofa sleeper, full bathroom & kitchenette. A great spot for unwinding after a day of adventure! Take in all the spectacular views from the courtyard right outside your back door or the rooftop deck just above your space. Bonus - you'll be within walking distance to just about everything in Springdale!

The Carriage House Cottage is a darling, well lit 1 bedroom accommodation with beautiful features and hickory hardwood flooring, located 3 blocks from St. George's downtown area. Sleeps up to 3 persons in a modern building architecturally matching the historical Pioneer House on the south end of the property. Walk to downtown restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and show venues. This paradisaical getaway, with both indoor and outdoor treasures, offers secluded charm that is near it all!

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

Diamond Valley Cottage

Enjoy your southern Utah stay in quiet Diamond Valley, a 15 minute drive up hwy 18. Views of the cinder cones by day and starry skies by night. This casita is clean and comfortable, with a king size bed in the bedroom. Wide doorways make it wheelchair accessible. Close to St George, it feels far away from city life in picturesque Diamond Valley. A little cooler here in the summer, and in the winter sometimes we get a little snow! Be aware it is located next door to our residence.

Hidden Pioneer Cottage Historic Site

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage. You will have this house to yourself with 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. Restaurants and grocery options nearby. Close to Zion Nat'l Park, St. George, and Cedar City. A perfect place to relax and unwind. We look forward to meeting you! Best for small- sized families, or 1-2 couples.

The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Guests have full access to this quaint cottage and property. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.
