En pleine nature et à 20 mn d’Amsterdam, nous proposons à la location une maison indépendante et complètement rénovée. Très ensoleillée, cette maison de deux étages a une vue magnifique sur le jardin au bord de l’eau. Elle est située en bordure de la réserve naturelle « Het Varkensland » . A partir de cet oasis de tranquillité, vous pourrez explorer la nature environnante, découvrir les villes historiques de Monnickendam et Marken ou rejoindre Amsterdam après un court trajet de 10 mn en bus.

Private farm guesthouse in nature (near Amsterdam)

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Geheel voorhuis Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, en ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de Zeedijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee (jonge) kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt op een steenworp afstand van Amsterdam (20 minuten). Wissel een bezoek aan de stad af met activiteiten in de natuur zoals wandelen, fietsen en watersporten.

Je vindt ons huisje in Broek in Waterland. Het zit om de hoek van een bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bv een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt. We hebben boven een 2 pers. bed en beneden een slaapbank.

Our beautiful spacious and bright corner house is located in the green and tranquility rural area of Amsterdam-North, in the picturesque village of Ransdorp.. An ideal base for visiting Amsterdam and for cycling or walking in the beautiful Dutch countryside. In about 15 minutes by car you are in the center of the city, and in 10 minutes there is the shopping center Buikslotermeerplein, and metro station Noord. Volendam, Edam and Marken are easily accessible. We only rent to family’s.

Amsterdam Central Station is 15 minutes away by bus. The bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the guesthouse. We offer free Wifi, free parking, free coffee & tea, mini fridge, microwave and hairdryer. There’s a simple outdoor kitchen for you to use. Nightprice is including E3,45 per person per night for local taxes and 9% VAT.

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Fantastic location: 5 min walk to the old city and public transport, between Amsterdam Center (20 min) and various historic picturesque cities (10-20 min). Private parking & wheelchair ok. It used to be an old cow-farm ( 100 y/o) which we converted into 2 big houses. You are welcome in the front house. Minimum stay 3 nights. Pls note: pay tax 3 euro per night p.p. @ arrival in cash! PS: no parties!

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

The backyard is shared with me and my family. From our place it is 200 meters walking to the bus stop which takes you in 12 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam or in 8 minutes to Purmerend another lovely Dutch city.
