- One large bedroom-lounge, bathroom (shower not bath), small study with table, and kitchenette. - Harbour view over native bush. - Off road parking - 100 meters to bus stop - Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, jug, toaster, small 9L Bake & Grill & 2 plate hot-top. air fryer - Light breakfast supplies included. (for the first few days, see photo) - Separate entrance and private deck. This is on the lower level of a 2 level house, and we live upstairs. - Queen bed and sofabed.

Located in the historic Hannah’s Factory Apartments, this spacious 2 level, 2 bedroom apartment has a great art collection, designer furniture, ridiculously comfortable beds, quality linen, and boutique New Zealand fragrances and toiletries. This is a great place to be if you want to be in the very heart of the coolest laneway in the coolest city in New Zealand. If you want to experience this awesome little city at its best- then we honestly recommend our apartment to you.

A Fab Central City Apartment

Welcome to our home away from home that is super central, light filled, stylish and fun. Nestled amongst some of Wellingtons finest cafes such as Prefab which is opposite, the Mystic Kitchen is just a few doors along from our apartment and Caffe L'Affare is but a stones throw away. Damascus is around the corner in Tory St as is Le Bouillon Bel Air, Apache plus many more great cafes, restaurants together with everything the city has to offer is all but a short walk away.
