This is a lovely clean dedicated space for Airbnb, a private wing of our home with separate entrance. Basic cooking facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable hotplate, no oven. Stick mixer/blender. Full size fridge. Anything thing else you might need, just text me! Wembley is ideally located 10 min from the city and 10 min from Floreat and City Beach, beachside cafes, pubs restaurants. Public transport is easily accessed. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).
