This studio apartment is private, modern, and newly renovated. You'll have a kitchenette, grill, outdoor seating, and access to beach equipment. Also only a 5 minute walk to the West Ashley Greenway for biking/jogging!

Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16miles ). Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.
