Kind of Suite - 2 Bedroom, Pet & Family Friendly

You and your pets will love staying in this 1960's duplex home that has recently been remodeled to look and feel modern. It has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

Our entire new 2 story home, near plenty of restaurants, public transportation, close access to the freeway. A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. Enjoy the 65-inch tv in the living room, a 55-inch tv in the master bedroom and King Dream Cloud bed in the master. Two car garage, and very fast wifi connection. Our basement, guest-suite apartment is nestled at the foothills of Salt Lake, offering a breathtaking sunset view of the valley. The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

With gorgeous views of the city from the back, this apartment is only 4 minutes from the freeway and offers easy access to so many great local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin.
