It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the city center or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.

Decorated in a combination of wood, glass and stone, you will be truly enchanted. An open wood-burning fireplace heats all the interior spaces, creating a romantic and cosy atmosphere, and the whole ambience is enlivened by more than 100 metres of lighting, which is a feast for the eyes. There is a modern and well-equipped kitchen.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
