The Welsh Mountain Cottage is located in Lancaster County on seven acres of wooded land. Amish neighborhood uniquely remote and peaceful. 8 minute drive to the famous Shady Maple Smorgasbord Restaurant. 15 minutes to the popular town of Intercourse with its many tourist shops. Back deck is a very private setting with charcoal grill. The cottage is a quiet setting with the exception of gun shots that can be heard from a shooting range that is approximately 1/2 mile from the cottage.

This beautiful historic carriage house attached to our home offers completely privacy. The relaxed living area offers plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV and fireplace . Upstairs is a bathroom and 1 bedroom furnished with a comfy King size bed as well as a trundle bed (2 singles). Come for a romantic getaway by yourselves or bring the family! The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

The house has some rustic features such as the original hardwood floors, with plenty of space in the living room and dining room for a family. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
