This spacious light filled bungalow is located in the leafy suburb of Eaglemont and within easy access of Austin/Mercy Hospitals (400m), Heidelberg Station (500m) and Eaglemont Station (600m). Eaglemont Village is also a close walk with supermarket and quality cafes. It comes equipped for a short or longer term stay with off street parking included. The bungalow is located at the rear of a large property and surrounded by greenery that provides privacy even on the outdoor deck.

Recently renovated, this unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Access the dairy by going up the driveway into no 2/53. It is on the right hand side. Our house is the red weatherboard one on the left. The house at the front, 1/53, is a private residence.

Our newly built light spacious garden studio-apartment is an oasis in Ashwood. Located on Huntingdale Rd, right next to the 767 bus stop, you can easily get to Deakin University, Jordanville train station, Chadstone shops, the Glen, Box Hill shops, Gardiners creek and supermarkets.
