King Bed Suite in Quiet Residential Neighborhood

Spacious one bedroom suite with private bedroom and full bath in the lower level of a home in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom has a king bed, 55" TV, and desk with room for a pull out bed if needed. Kitchenette has a microwave, induction burner, air fryer, Keurig, full refrigerator and bar seating. Living room has reclining couch and 45" TV with Roku, Hulu +, Disney+, and Netflix. There is an elliptical machine. We are inspected and licensed by the local health department.

Small room with 2 twin beds and full modern bathroom in our 8-room boutique hotel. We have 2 of these cozy, dorm-size former servants quarters rooms. The historic mansion was once home to 17 of Wisconsin's Governors. We are located in the Mansion Hill district on the shore of Lake Mendota. All of the guest rooms in my home (above the brewery) feature air conditioning and private bathrooms, luxury bedding, linens, and bath amenities, fireplaces, oversized whirlpool bathtubs, and free fast internet, parking, cable tv, and continental breakfast.
