This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating on the ground floor, a log burner, a sumptuous Wesley-Barrell sofa, comfy Hypnos mattress and bed, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company towels and toiletries.

We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... . We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and beyond.
