Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Die Skipiste ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und man kann direkt von der Hütte Wanderungen starten. Die Almresi Hütte lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden vorm Karmin ein sowie zu schönen Sonnenstunden in den Hängematten. Im Sommer gibt es außerdem die Sommerrodelbahn in direkter Nähe. ACHTUNG für Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann eine extra Gebühr anfallen!!
