Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. The Idyllic “Cotswold Farm Hideaway” are three fully renovated farm cottages offering complete privacy, nestled among the rolling hills of the Cotswolds surrounded by vast farmland that is home to hundreds of sheep, alpacas, goats, pigs and chickens.. *** The White Hall & Willow cottages are two cottages for up to 8 people, perfect for groups and families. *NEW* - We have installed STARLINK and provide high speed, low latency internet. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
