We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

Green Plains Cabin

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. We offer a very private and rustic setting that captivates peaceful landscapes and breathtaking views. The 1 acre plateau overlooks gorgeous cliffs and flowing natural springs. We invite you to spend a quiet, restful evening in our updated studio apartment, situated in the heart of Ohio's commercial agriculture. The studio has easy access to Cedarville, Springfield, London and the Ohio Erie bike path. Needing a place to lay your head or unwind from the busyness of life? We welcome you to the sights, sounds, smells, and rhythms of rural country living where you can enjoy the night sky, and peaceful songbirds. Pets are welcome with an enclosed backyard.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels. You have all the amenities of a home including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cathedral ceilings, high speed internet with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney+). It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more.
