Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn. Close to parks, trails, shopping center and downtown! Enjoy large outdoor area including private pool during summer (shared). Due to Airbnb’s new policy, their service fees are now required to be paid by the host rather than the guest. Our nightly rates have been adjusted upward to absorb their rate. We Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' also. No parties, pool or otherwise.
