The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Das helle, offen gestaltete Ferienhaus im Ort Nussdorf am traumhaft schönen Attersee, bietet den idealen Rahmen für Familienferien oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Der See ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt, das Dorfzentrum ebenso. Schwing dich auf dein Bike und erkunde das Salzkammergut direkt von der Haustür weg. Viele Spazier- und Wanderwege starten in der Nähe. Auf der geräumigen Terrasse startest du bei einem Frühstück mit Seeblick in den Urlaubstag, und lässt ihn beim Grillabend ausklingen.

Schönes Einfamilienhaus in ländlicher aber zentraler Gegend . Autobahnauffahrt St. Georgen in 10 min. erreichbar! Der Attersee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit den Auto erreichbar. Bahnhof Vöcklamarkt 2 km entfernt. Vöcklamarkt liegt sehr zentral im Alpenvorland des Salzkammergutes, umgeben von Wiesen und bewaldeten Hügeln. Beliebt bei unseren Gästen sind vor allem die Tagesausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Salzkammergutes oder in die nahe gelegene Stadt Salzburg (50 km).

Familienfreundlich mit großem Garten

Die Wohnung liegt auf zwei Etagen. Es besteht ein direkter Zugang zum Garten (mit Spielgeräten) und zur Terrasse. Alle Räume sind großzügig angelegt und bieten viel Platz, nur Küche und Bad sind etwas kleiner, beide sind voll ausgestattet. Eine Wendeltreppe führt in den 1. Stock. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Bildschirm (kein TV) zur Verfügung. W-LAN ist inbegriffen. Das Ortszentrum ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen oder schneller, mit einem unserer Fahrräder.
