Walk to the Malibu pier for wonderful lunch or shop at the boutiques. This second floor condo has two separate bedrooms and one full bath. There is a beach area just for residence with chairs to just sit and relax and listen to the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Cois Dara is a private Homeshare ( Permit #TRU20-0055) This County of Ventura Homeshare is a private residence that operates in a residential zone. The Homeshare allows for a maximum of 5 guests and a maximum of 3 cars. Outdoor quiet time 10 PM to 7 AM. This is an owner-occupied dwelling and the owner will be present on the property in a private quarter.
