The cottage is surrounded by the magnificent Red Cuillins and Bla Bheinn (Blaven) Ridge.

After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, Simple luxury and comfort to relax, rather than spending the entire holiday crammed into a small space. No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. After exploring and observing all aspects of Skye, we were fortunate to discover a unique location for it. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are：

Just 3 minutes from the ferry. You have access to Camard's own private estate of 87.5 acres of pastureland, Oak woodlands & waterfalls! Wild beachs within walking distance through the woods. Breathtaking views over the water to the mountains of Knoydart, which you may enjoy from the lounge or deck. Unwind, & completely digital detox, in one of the U.K,s most awesome, tranquil and beautiful locations. Forest tracks opposite. Please enquire 48 hrs in advance re booking a BBQ dinner if required.

Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Red Mountain Garden Cottage (Self Catering)

Sorry - Children over 10 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Recently renovated Cabin Cùil boasts stunning views over the Cuillin mountain range and Loch Harport. Situated in the idyllic township of Carbost, the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery are within a 10 minute drive with Portree just 25 minutes away. From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Morgana is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Skye. This new larch clad house takes in a panoramic view over the Cuillin mountains and the Sleat peninsula. The gable window looks over the breathtaking views you can sit and relax in the living area. Enjoy your relaxing break and cosy up inside with under floor heating through out and a warming glow from the log fire.

Slapin View (and what a view)

Traditional farmhouse located in the crofting township of Torrin, Isle of Skye. Sleeps a maximum of 4 in 2 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, cosy sitting room, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility room. Oil central heating and a wood burning stove. Not suitable for mobility issues as the bedrooms are upstairs or for overly tall people as the doorways are low!
