Gästlägenhet på Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Öresundsbron/Malmö (10 min) och Köpenhamn (30 min), Österlen (ca 45 min). Perfekt för utflykter i området eller jobbresa. Modernt, hemtrevligt, mysigt boende med alla bekvämligheter! Ett harmoniskt hus att trivas i! Allt nytt augusti 2022! Härligt stort trädäck med pergola, utemöbler, grill mm. Insynsskyddad och mysig trädgård i söderläge.

Eget gästhus med ett allrum med bäddsoffa där 2 kan sova, loft med 2 enkelsängar, badrum med dusch. Finns EJ kök eller pentry. Kyl, kaffebryggare finns. Täcken och kuddar finns. Lakan kan erbjudas mot en avgift: 70 kr per bäddset. Meddela i förväg. Arriesjön ligger ca 1 km bort. Finns ett café och bageri (arriesjöns café) som har frukostbullar, fika och lunch. Parkering med laddningsstation för el-bil 3kr/kWh. Trädgården med uteplatser och grillplats delas med oss som bor här intill.

Hus i Tygelsjö, sydväst om Malmö, med närhet till Skanör/Falsterbo, Köpenhamn och Malmö centrum (300m till buss). Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet. Rökning är ej tillåten.

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
