This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

A modern studio in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Nottingham City, 100 m from the Victoria Centre, 200 m from Market square. Close to tram, bus, train and Euro car park. This is a stylish studio in the picturesque village of Ravenshead. It has all the charm of a hotel suite but with the warmth of home. It has amazing views across fields making it a pretty home from home. 45 minutes from the Peak District and a 20 minute walk to Byron's Newstead Abbey. The Milking Parlour is a single storey studio, it is in a quiet enclave composing of a farmhouse, and various renovated farm buildings making up 4 residences. We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.

La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

Car parking for 1 vehicle available. 5 minute walk to Ringwood Hall, Canal, 3 takeaways and the Hollingwood Public House. 5 minute drive to M1 junction29a. Room has free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, television, microwave, fridge, clothes rail and 2 chest of drawers. Towels and bedding provided.
