One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.
