Lovely spacious ranch house conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga! We are a short drive from Manchester Vt, Lake George, and several ski mountains. Great restaurants, shopping, playgrounds and the public library are all within walking distance. Local historical spots such as the Schuyler house and Battle of Saratoga Monument can also be reached by walking or driving. The house has large rooms and a nice deck and porch to relax on! Enjoy the peace and quiet in this country farmhouse with a pool. Relax with the whole family. A sprawling 54-acre farm with gorgeous open views, stunning sunsets, a garden pool and 3 decks. Wildflower fields and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the quiet. For some action, we are 20 min to Saratoga and 20 min to Lake George. Enjoy the country life while spending your evenings on the town. On the farm or take a drive down to the grasslands or up to the lakes, this house is central to it all.

Apartment in Historic Village Home

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

This is a quiet country setting yet only a scenic 20 minute drive to either Saratoga Springs or Glens Falls.

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks.
