Please note: 1 mile to fabulous downtown Coeur d'Alene, this cute 1940’s cottage is “ALL” yours for an entire sweet retreat to call your own. (Yes, the whole property). This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

Located in a protected bay, you will enjoy the lake views from the home and the tranquility of the forest. With a large, deep water dock, you can bring your own boat and use the boat lift at the end of the day. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds over 2 full sized beds.
