Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

The Hygge Loft: a midcentury modern-designed cabin nestled among 70 acres of privately-owned forest with rivers & hiking trails. Enjoy sipping an espresso or wine while listening to vinyl records, cozied up by the wood-burning fireplace. Take a walk in the forest to the river or stargaze by the firepit on the private deck. Indulge in a luxurious bath or snuggle up in the ultra comfy king-size bed with views of treetops and sky all around. It’s the kind of place you’ll never want to leave!

Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

A charming, 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the unique landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Hudson River Beach House

Explore all the activities the Hudson Valley has to offer and then relax in a room full of windows overlooking the Hudson River. Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Luxury downtown penthouse, by Franklin Plaza.

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance from Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. Just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, including original brick in the kitchen and large windows throughout, giving this space beautiful natural light and views. We have security cameras in the first , second floor hallway, outside the front door and back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.

The Hobbit House at June Farms

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! The home is bright with an open living space and vaulted knotty pine ceiling. Lovely eat in kitchen. Bathroom with shower/ tub combo as well as washer and dryer. Outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, above ground swimming pool and sun deck. Patio table, gas grill and outdoor fire pit.
