Modern apartment by nature and close to city

I am renting out my newly refurbished and modern apartment with two bedrooms. Located in Tonsenhagen, Bjerke area, where you can get the best from both nature and the city. Hiking and bike trails are right outside of the apartment. Close to several lakes. Bus stop is a 4 min walk, where the best bus line in Oslo, bus number 31 that goes frequently all day and night 24-7, will take you to Grünerløkka and city center in 20-25 min. I live here with my daughter and rent out when traveling.

Du kan enkelt ta deg videre via t-bane som ligger 5 minutter unna som tar deg til sentrum på 12 minutter. Leiligheten ligger i et stille, rolig og veldig hyggelig nabolag med matbutikker som Rema 1000, Meny og Kiwi noen få minutter unna. Leiligheten har og en stor altan og grill.

There is walking distance to everything. Restaurants, pubs, museums, attractions. You name it. For getaways, public tranportation is basicly right outside the door. Perfect for couples, families, singles and business travelers. A great alternative to pricy hotels. OBS! We are upgrading the furniture.

Beliggenheten er ideell, kun 4 minutter å gå til Løren t-bane og 12 minutter til Hasle t-bane, som begge tar deg raskt til Oslo sentrum. Garasjeplass med heis er inkludert. PS: Leiligheten er nyrenovert, men mangler noen små detaljer, tilbyr derfor noe rabattert pris.

Velkommen til vår koselige leilighet på Tonsenhagen. Her kan du slappe av og ta livet med ro. Tonsenhagen er sentralt, stille og rolig. Rett ved marka. Skogstier, skiløyper og slalombakke like ved, selv om det er kun 15 minutter for å komme seg til populære grünerløkka med buss. 30 min til Oslo s fra du går ut av døren med buss. Busstopp er ca 5 minutter gange fra leiligheten. Veldig gode kollektivforbindelser hele døgnet. Bare ta kontakt på melding om du har spørsmål😊

Retro in Risløkka

Peaceful property in Risløkka, Oslo. Close to bus lines and metro, and 20 minutes on pushbike to central Oslo. The garden is large and a bit unkempt, sorry, with wild animals, birds and the neighbours' cats. Lots of places to sit, with either sun or shade. Spacious inside too, with interior from the 50's and 60's. And lots of plants! We enjoy our house, hope you will too. Staying a while? Please help us feed the fish and water the plants. :)
