There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

There is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens).
