Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with parking and a walled garden, this townhouse sleeps 4. It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Set in an elevated location in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is 8-mins walk to Frome's characterful town centre. Designed by a local architect and boasting stunning views, the apartment is attached to a unique mid-century family home but offers guests a separate, private entrance. There is off-street parking and a secluded outside seating/viewpoint area.

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. The Sewing Room Frome - Hosts Lisa and Jeremy

The house that Jeremy built.... and Lisa filled with sewing stuff! Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. The cottage is decorated to a high standard,light and airy and looking out over open countryside With its own patio area for al Fresco dining in warmer weather Bordering the beautiful Longleat estate it is possible to cycle through the park Close to Bath, Bristol and Wells. Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

The Cow Shed

The Cow Shed is a bright and airy one bedroom holiday cottage/annex. It boasts a private entrance, hall, double bedroom, luxury shower room and comfortable loft living area with fitted kitchenette. The Cow Shed is set on a small farm with horses, chickens and goats alongside the river Frome. The cottage is great as a base to explore the area. We are a stones throw from the local attractions of Longleat, Bath, Wells, Stourhead, Alfred’s Tower, Cheddar and Glastonbury.

The Coach House, Frome

Located in the historic quarter of Keyford, The Coach House is ideal for exploring the fabulous town of Frome and the Somerset countryside beyond. This Victorian coach house still boasts the original inspection pit for the coaches. It is scheduled to be a stop on the historic Frome walks as part of the Frome Festival. Later, it was where barrels were made, hence the road name of The Cooperage. Now it is a happy, family home that we would like to share with you.

Smithy at Blatchbridge

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.
