This is a one bedroom space with a full size bed, there is also a living room/reading area, dining room, full kitchen and full bathroom. Includes WiFi & you can sign into your own streaming service on the tv. Please refer to the check-in instructions for a map on how to find our private parking lot! •Easy self check-in. Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Water’s Edge Escape

Located in Muskingum County, this all new on-grid cabin is so unique. A cozy loft featuring queen size bed is open to a beautiful living area featuring gas fireplace, books, games, and a sofa sleeper. kitchen, features gas cooktop, refrigerator, coffee press, and kitchen utensils. Bathroom features large tiled shower, flush toilet, with towels and toiletries. Beautiful setting on private pond stocked with bass, blue gill and crappy for your fishing fun. Fire pit, gas grill, canoe, and cornhole.

Barndominium - 10 minutes from Seneca Lake

Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

The Kennedy Cabin, Est. 7/7/77

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

A DOWNTOWN roomy UPSTAIRS loft apartment, in a unique historical building built in 1800s. This loft above a “coming soon,” coffee shop, is a spacious area, with 1200 square feet. A full kitchen, two bedrooms, tv room and additional living room. Off street parking on parking lot directly by building. Central to several attractions. Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. (Please note, space is downtown, there is sometimes street busy noise at prime times.)

Venture out to the Blue Rock State Forest Bridal trails for a hiking adventure, drive (or hike!) on down to Cutler Lake for a swim, or drive up to road and experience The Wilds, the largest animal conservation safari in the United States!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment in Historic Hudson Avenue Community. This top floor apartment is an affordable option with all the conveniences of home. With access to St Rt 16, this location makes commuting very easy. Within a mile of Downtown Newark, Ohio, you'll find plenty of dining and entertainment options. A detailed manual can be found in the apartment with lots of local suggestions.

River R&R

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Start your day watching the sun come up over the river. Maybe take your boat and head out on one of the best stretches of the Muskingum River. Or spend the day relaxing in the hammock in the sunroom. Play some Cornhole with our set in the sunroom. Have fire in the riverside fire pit and cook some hotdogs for the kids.

Rustic Cabin Hideaway, Hikers Retreat & Homestead

Come get connected with nature and relax. My place is close to Blackhand Gorge Nature Preserve, Dillon State Park, Flint Ridge State Memorial, Virtues Golf Club (formerly Longaberger) and wineries. We are 25 minutes from Newark (west) and Zanesville (east). Surrounded by woods and farm animals. Comfy queen bed, kitchenette, grill, patio table, picnic table, fire pit.
