Entourée d'un jardin, la maison est en face de la grande piscine dans un environnement calme avec vue sur la Sierra de Tramuntana. Le centre-ville de Soller est accessible à pied. A l’intérieur vous trouverez un vaste espace avec une cuisine moderne, une salle à manger et un salon avec cheminée. Jusqu'à 8 personnes peuvent séjourner confortablement dans la maison qui comprend 4 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain complètes. Elle est également très bien équipée (climatisation, chauffage….).
